Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Nimphy collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our website and AI companion services.

1. Who we are

Nimphy ("Nimphy", "we", "us" or "our") operates this website and the AI companion services available through it (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
The Service is intended solely for adults aged 18 or older.

2. Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and an encrypted password. If you sign in with a third-party provider such as Google, Discord or Apple, we receive your email address and a basic profile identifier from that provider.
Content you create. Messages you send, companions you create, and images or videos you generate are stored so we can provide the Service to you.
Usage and device data. We automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers and interactions with the Service, primarily to keep it secure and working.
Payment data. Purchases are handled by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers; we only retain a record that a transaction took place.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:
  • provide, operate and maintain the Service;
  • authenticate you and keep your account secure;
  • process payments and manage your subscription or gem balance;
  • personalize your experience and improve our features;
  • respond to your support requests; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Google user data

If you choose to sign in with Google, we access only your email address and basic profile information, and only to create and authenticate your Nimphy account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the Service or as required by law. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as hosting, payment and analytics providers) under confidentiality obligations, or when required to comply with the law, protect our rights, or complete a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

6. Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account we delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we must retain it to meet legal, tax or security obligations.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update your account details in the app or exercise these rights by contacting us. You may also revoke Google sign-in access at any time from your Google Account permissions.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service.
